Guarantee policy

A deposit of 30% of the total amount including taxes is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation policy

No charge for cancellations or changes made up to 30 days prior to arrival. For cancellations between 29 and 7 days before arrival, 30% of the total amount including taxes will be charged. From 7 days before arrival, no show or early departure: 100% of the total amount will be charged.

Prepaid offers

These are non-refundable and require 100% payment in advance. Cancellation or postponement of the stay is not permitted.
In the event of cancellation at any time after booking, late arrival, early departure or no-show, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
We recommend that you take out travel insurance.
